Organisational culture is the heartbeat of any organisation—constantly evolving, shaped by leadership, behaviours, and everyday interactions. It takes years to cultivate, but can be damaged in moments.
With a Master’s in Organisational and Social Psychology from LSE and a background in employment law at a leading US firm, I bring a deep understanding of workplace dynamics. My experience includes leading internal investigations at a global tech firm into HR issues such as discrimination, harassment, bullying, and professional integrity. Now, as part of Byrne Dean, I conduct independent investigations across a range of organisations and sectors, helping businesses navigate complex and sensitive workplace challenges.
Beyond investigations, I deliver training to equip leaders and employees with the skills to foster inclusive, respectful, and legally compliant workplaces to proactively create environments where employees can thrive. This includes harassment and sexual harassment training, investigations training, and managing with respect-style programmes. By combining my legal, investigative, and psychological expertise, I help organisations create cultures where people thrive, and organisations themselves succeed.
Previously, I was the Lead Senior Associate for five years on a high-profile human rights case involving significant government and investigatory elements, and I remain deeply committed to human rights work through various charities. I am also a trustee for a local academy school.
