Rob Garner

As Chair of byrne·dean, I lead the Board ensuring we have suitable governance to hold the Senior Leadership accountable for the successful management of the business.    

I have over of 25 years’ experience in consulting, technology and business service organisations. This includes 15 years in executive leadership roles, during which time I have led successfully the setup and growth, or transformation of a range of organisations including my own award-winning business.

I concluded my executive leadership career as Interim CEO of the Tribal Group. Prior to that I held consecutively two Managing Director positions in the NHS and before that I was co-founder of Avail Consulting. I spent much of my formative career in KPMG Consulting; the last four years of which as a Partner in the public sector practice.

I now act as a strategic advisor, non-executive director and investor within the professional and technology service sector. I specialise in supporting organisations at inflexion points in their development, growth and/or ownership.

I joined byrne·dean in 2020 to support the Board and Senior Leadership in developing and executing the next phase of the business's growth.
