I am delighted to join Byrne Dean and bring a wealth of training and consulting experience from both the corporate and educational sectors, having worked for over twenty years with large multinational companies and within schools to create inclusive environments. With a strong commitment to fostering fairness and equality, I am passionate about ensuring all employees, regardless of their background, have equal opportunities to thrive.
In addition to this, I have personally taken on leadership roles that demonstrate a deep connection to the local community. As Founder of a local hockey club, I have driven initiatives that encourage youth participation and inclusivity. Furthermore, as a governor at a local primary school, I have worked closely with school leadership to promote an equitable and supportive educational environment for both students and staff.
Having joined Byrne Dean in December 2024, I am excited to leverage my experiences to help create a fair workplace culture, championing inclusivity and diversity at every level. With a proven track record of leading positive change, I remain dedicated to improving work environments and fostering growth and opportunity for all.
