I joined byrne·dean in 2023, bringing with me over a decade of experience in instructional design, digital learning, and workplace training. As a Digital Training Consultant, I specialise in creating innovative, bespoke digital learning solutions that are engaging, accessible, and effective.

My career journey began in higher education and law, where I developed a deep understanding of adult learning theory and human behaviour. Over the years, I have designed award-winning courses, led cross-functional teams, and introduced cutting-edge learning technologies into global organisations. My expertise spans scripting, storyboarding, and developing interactive eLearning experiences using tools like Articulate 360, alongside the creation of multimedia materials.

What excites me most about my role at byrne·dean is the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional colleagues and clients, all united by a shared mission to foster kindness and fairness in workplaces. I thrive on the challenge of transforming complex ideas into engaging digital content that drives real change.

Beyond work, I am passionate about continuous learning and creativity. Whether exploring the Kent countryside or experimenting with prop and set design on local theatre productions, I bring curiosity and enthusiasm to everything I do.
